Terms of Service for The Hub

Effective Date: 4/8/2025

("Terms") govern the rental and use of The Hub, an event space located in Post Falls, Idaho. By renting or using the space, you ("Renter" or "User") agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

All rentals must be scheduled in advance and confirmed with an online booking at www.thehub.setmore.com.

Full payment is required to reserve the date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Reservations must include enough time to setup before the event and cleanup afterwards.  

2. Use of the Space

The Renter is responsible for the behavior and conduct of all guests and vendors during the rental period.

The space may only be used for lawful activities and must comply with local regulations and venue rules.

Setup and cleaning must be completed within the agreed rental time.

3. Liability and Indemnification

The Hub is not liable for any injuries, accidents, losses, or damages that occur during or as a result of the use of the event space, including those caused by third-party vendors or guests.

The Renter assumes full responsibility for all persons in attendance and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Hub, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from the event.

4. Damages and Cleanup

The Renter is responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, equipment, or facilities caused during the rental period.

A refundable $150 damage deposit is required with any booking.  Any damages will be assessed and charged to the Renter accordingly.  If no damages or excessive cleanup are assessed, the renter will receive the full deposit.

The space must be returned in the same condition it was provided. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made up to one week in advance of your booking by emailing us at thehubpf@gmail.com.

Full refunds will be issued if cancelled before the one week deadline.  If cancelled less than a week before the booking, 80% will be refunded.  

6. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if we believe the event poses a risk to people and/or property, as well as unforeseen circumstances, or violates these terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Kootenai County, ID.
