Triumphant is a new class series with the goal of empowering and equipping you to cultivate regenerative longevity. This is far from a diet; it’s a whole person approach to whole-health wellness. Taught by Dr. Judith Berg, a naturopathic minister of health, this class will meet on Wednesdays at 6:30PM. The first class on October 1 will be in person in the Prayer Room. This introductory class is free of charge. The online foundational “Trailhead” series starts October 8 and continues for 8 months. It consists of one teaching class per month followed by two interactive mentoring classes. The cost is $200 per person (or $30 per month if unable to pay upfront), $300 per couple (or $45 per class if unable to pay upfront). The class size is limited for personalized mentoring. The first class is called “Darkness to Light: How Our Resonance, Voices, Thoughts, Beliefs, and Emotions Address Disharmony and Dis-ease.” You can register online on our church’s app, or below.
